David is a certified peer support specialist and a founding member of Minot Vets for Vets. He was forced into early retirement for physical reasons and became interested in serving veterans with suicide prevention work, along with assisting with other mental health concerns through resources, comradery, and shared experience.

David is a certified peer support specialist and a founding member of Minot Vets for Vets. He was forced into early retirement for physical reasons and became interested in serving veterans with suicide prevention work, along with assisting with other mental health concerns through resources, comradery, and shared experience.  

Dave is an Army veteran with 6 years active-duty experience on helicopter maintenance. He continued that work as a contractor for the US Air Force, providing maintenance and quality control management totaling 23 years. His last 8 ½ years in the workforce were in the oil field, maintaining and recording production on assigned wells and equipment.

Donita Theiler is a Nebraska native with 30 years’ experience in violence prevention and advocacy. Her family has made Minot their home for 17 years. Donita has a strong interest in civic and community engagement and has a particular interest in mental health, military, and veteran issues.  She serves on other local and state non-profit boards.

Jennifer Jerauld is a banking professional, military retiree spouse, and passionate advocate for mental health. She brings both financial expertise and a deep commitment to community well-being to her role on the Peer Vision for Mental Health Board. Jennifer believes in fostering connection, understanding, and support for those navigating life’s challenges.

Denalie Morrison brings over 20 years experience in independent healthcare. She has an intimate familiarity with needs of the community having co-owned Market Pharmacy for over 17 years. With a background in business and communications, she initiated a free children’s vitamin program to eliminate barriers to underserved populations. Dena

Dawn Olson graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communicative disorders and is currently employed at the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities, where she co-teaches a disability studies class focused on the lifespan of people with disabilities. Dawn is also involved in the Trauma Infor

  

Dawn Olson graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communicative disorders and is currently employed at the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities, where she co-teaches a disability studies class focused on the lifespan of people with disabilities. Dawn is also involved in the Trauma Informed Approaches for Adults with Disabilities (TRIAD) Project. She has personal experience as a person with a disability who lived in an institution from the age of 4 to 20. Dawn shares her experiences and the trauma caused by living in the institution.

Her latest venture is hosting a podcast titled "Unfiltered Resilience," where she discusses life with a disability and provides advice based on her own experiences.
